Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: United States.
• Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping cost: FREE shipping on orders of 2 or more tubes. Single-tube orders ship for a flat $[SINGLE-TUBE SHIPPING RATE].
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you once your order is on its way. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking to update after you receive it.
• Delays: occasionally carriers or high-volume periods (holidays, promotions) can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email trylumere@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
• Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help.
