Refund policy
We want you to love how you look with Lumére. Every order is covered by our 60-Day Look-Rested Guarantee.
If you're not happy for any reason, email us at trylumere@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. Keep the tube — there's nothing to ship back. No forms, no hoops.
- How to request a refund: email trylumere@gmail.com with your order number and the email or name used at checkout. We'll take care of the rest.
- Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
- Damaged, wrong, or missing items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.
- Never received your order? If tracking shows no movement or your package is lost in transit, reach out and we'll make it right.
- No subscriptions, ever. Lumére is a one-time purchase. We will never enroll you in a subscription or bill you again automatically.
